CIEH Introductory Certificate in Food Safety

The course is designed as an introduction to food safety and aims to raise awareness of key food safety issues. It provides a starting point for individuals not working in food, new employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge handling low-risk or wrapped food, front-of-house employees such as waiting or checkout staff, or back-of-house employees such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff.

CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Safety

This course builds on the Introductory Certificate in Food Safety training course and provides effective, efficient and comprehensive food safety training for all types of food business. This course covers the minimum industry standards for processes and procedures expected of any food handler.

The content reinforces the importance of food safety and provides learners with an understanding of how to identify and control food safety hazards in their own workplace.

CIEH Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety

The course will cover an in-depth understanding of the application and monitoring of good food safety practice, as well as ensuring that supervisors understand how to implement food safety management procedures.

CIEH HACCP Levels Foundation (Prev Lv2) + Intermediate (prev Lv3)

The CIEH HACCP courses offer support for the food operator, providing learning content that guides them in managing their food safety management and controls to ensure a safe food environment that protects the consumer and holds up to external scrutiny by inspectors.
