The risk busters are a collective of Environmental Health Officers with over 40 years combined experience in the field. We specialise in providing advice to SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises with fewer than 250 employees) as well as producing and implementing HACCP plans, food safety management systems, shelf life testing, risk assessments, staff training and above all reducing the risk of injury, unsafe food and legal action.
Our staff are members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and importantly have a wealth of experience working in the enforcement, catering and retail sector which enables us to produce documents, procedures and working instructions that can feasibly be implemented as well as compliant with relevant legislation.
