Health and Safety has changed however many enforcement officers approaches haven’t. This means that they are issuing Health and Safety Improvement and Prohibition Notices and even taking prosecutions that do not follow current government issued guidance.

We can also act as expert witnesses in court cases or liaise with the authority, often preventing the case from going to court.
