Food Safety audits

Customers are ever more aware of food hygiene ratings + councils can now charge for every re-score request. Some are already charging up to £369 for the re-score and others will follow suit.

Make sure that if you request a re-score your team are safe, clean + legal to ensure you get that five rating, we can carry out a mock food hygiene inspection as part of the audit, carry out allergy + cleanliness swabbing and give feedback and training whilst doing so.
